La Dolce Vita’s Newest Contributors

About a year ago, after accepting my current full-time position in addition to blogging full-time, I made the decision to bring on a fabulous group of contributors to La Dolce Vita. I love my readers and this blog so much and made the conscious decision that instead of posting sporadically as a result of my schedule, I would reach out to some of my favorite bloggers to bring their voices to La Dolce Vita. I am so thankful to our amazing group of contributors for taking the time to craft original content and sharing their voices on LDV. I have hand-picked every contributor on La Dolce Vita for their style and unique point of view.

Moving forward, Erika will continue bringing us her wildly popular series, “Design Under the Influence” and Vanessa will continue penning the fabulous “Glamour Obsession” series while Lauren, Arianna, and Brendan will be developing new columns. Joining these talented ladies will be a new group of contributors whose style is perfectly in line with what you’ve come to expect from La Dolce Vita. They will be developing insightful, chic posts filled with visual inspiration and helpful advice. Each contributors’ series will appear on the blog every 4-6 weeks on Wednesdays and Thursdays. I am thrilled to welcome this talented group to La Dolce Vita as we have some very exciting things in store for you.

Melanie Duncan is a serial entrepreneur. She started her first online business in college and now has successful multimillion dollar brands (including www.LuxuryMonograms.com). Her passion is now teaching other women how to start and grow their own businesses at MelanieDuncan.com.

Jon Call is both the past and present of interior design. This New York City designer is equally comfortable sketching plans for custom casegoods as he is posting fabric options for clients on Pinterest. His work exemplifies a modern American aesthetic and exudes effortless style.

Lindsay Souza lives in Washington, DC. She enjoys classic and colorful interiors, a great piece of statement jewelry, and is always adding new items to her never ending wish list.

Nancy Marcus is a Vancouver-based biology professor by day, design-blogger by night. She falls for regency & 'young traditional' décor, lusts over every piece at J.Crew, and enjoys creating artwork at any chance she gets.

Manvi Drona Hidalgo is a designer and stylist based in Washington, DC. She loves decorating and creating party looks. She is a regular contributor to HGTV.com and authors a popular lifestyle blog Mochatini. Having lived in Dubai, New York, London, and Delhi, Manvi has a modern-eclectic approach to design. When she is not working on projects for her clients, she enjoys spending time with her yellow lab, Dexter.
