Color Crush: Coral

{Coral in a Beautiful Bedroom Vignette at the Oly Showroom}

Like all of you, I usually respond very strongly to the presence, or even the absence of color. My last two “Color Crushes”, Indigo and Moss Green were decidedly more saturated and less feminine than today’s Color Crush—Coral. With spring fully sprung and summer beckoning around the corner, this pretty hue is the perfect color for the season. It is beautiful in its many incarnations—from soft and pale with pink undertones to deeply saturated, almost red shades of coral. Depending on the tone you choose, it is a versatile color that works both as an accent as well as a neutral. What is your favorite color this season? Are you a fan of coral?

{I currently have Serena and Lily’s Coral Border Frame Duvet and Shams along with their Gobi Embroidered Sheet Set on my bed. I love how fresh the color looks!}

{I’ve been redecorating my house and recently asked Arianna Belle to make a pair of these beautiful coral linen pillows with Greek key trim for me.}

{Christina Murphy opted for a custom coral settee in this sitting area via House Beautiful.}

{Coral always pairs beautifully with blue as demonstrated in this chic bedroom by Mary McDonald.}

{Coral is a powerful accent color as seen in this gorgeous bathroom, also designed by Mary McDonald.}

{Olivia loves coral! Here she is again; this time in a beautiful coral tweed jacket.}

{Nikki Reed in a Classic White Blouse, Skinny Jeans, and Coral Pumps}

{Lauren Conrad looks cute running errands around L.A. in coral jeans and a striped top.}

{Cameron Diaz chose coral J Brand jeans to go with her neutral ensemble. She looks really chic and with her enviable legs—she can pull off any color pants!}

I love the Serena & Lily set. If I could afford it, and needed a new duvet, I'd probably buy it asap.
