This week’s fabulous space is the living room in model, Elletra Wiedemann’s West Village apartment. It’s glamorous, layered, and a little eclectic. There are so many great pieces, including the bold floral rug, Lucite chairs, director’s chairs, gold lamps with black shades and the paneled wall is even interesting. I could do without the turkey chair and the watering can in the corner, though. Is this a space you could see yourself enjoying or is there too much going on for your taste?

I agree with you, I love the details of this room but not the room as a whole. The turkey chair is a little much and I don't love the director chairs. I do love the lucite, the floral, the books, the interesting wall table/shelving unit and the gold lamps! Happy weekend!
i featured this not too long ago - I LOVE IT - especially the gold headed sheep!
Agreed! What a gorgeous room...
Love the lovely surprise accents and pieces in that room like the turkey chair and the gold lamb.
Have a nice weekend!
Not so fond of the turkey bench but LOVE the black sheep. Shows the fun "devilish" side of Wiedemann!
Love this room a ton. And yes, perhaps I'm a bit boring but I could without the large animals!
Do you think the wall is covered in leather panels?
You do have a rug fetish don't you?! I think that's the star of this room. Nice counterpoint to the masculine leather wall.
Loving your blog :)
