Fabulous Room Friday 02.11.11

sally

One of my favorite spaces from the first issue of High Gloss is this beautiful bedroom designed by Sally Wheat for a client here in Houston. I love that it skews a little more on the masculine side and that she has incorporated so many vintage elements like the nightstands, chandelier (from eBay), and those gorgeous lamps. The artwork adds the perfect graphic touch and the rectangular pillow from Found adds just enough color.

{I’m in love with this vignette!}

As I mentioned before, I will be heading to the Urban Market this weekend, working on High Gloss, and hopefully getting a little R&R. Hope you have a great weekend!

I will be heading to the Urban Market for the first time this Sunday. I am so excited! I also booked my room for Round Rock this spring. Both of these events I have wanted to attend for several years and this year I am doing both!! Love High Gloss!! Thanks for posting the Urban Market reminder or I would have missed it AGAIN. :)

My favorite bedrooms are the ones that show that there is a man in the house, but a stylish woman making it all happen. So gorgeous!

Hope you have a wonderful Valentine's day! Urban Market sounds like so much fun.

I'm digging that vignette, too. The black chest, in particular is really beautiful. I've been debating DIYing something similar and I think the decision has now been made for me.

Do you happen to know where Amanda Fulk's art can be purchased? I love those black and white paintings.

What an elegant bedroom..i'm a fan of tufted headboards...there's nothing more comfortable and stylish.the moroccan pouff adds just the right amount of feminine touch to what could have been a decidely masculine room otherwise.
