Now that I am going into real estate, I need a cellphone with more capabilities (i.e. e-mail, internet, GPS). I have been leaning towards the iPhone, but know that some people swear by their Blackberries. Which do you prefer? Why? What has your experience been like? Thank you!

iphone, for sure! it is just fantastic overall!
iPhone hands down. It's my best friend in the car - and coming from a girl who works from her car, I mean business :)
Honestly though, the easy to access maps that show traffic patterns and ease of use with the Internet, I'm smitten!
i phone!!!! I love mine more than life.
Joni, I literally laughed out loud when I read that!
Does the screen scratch easily? Is it hard to type without buttons. I need to go to the Apple Store and play with one.
I never could adapt to a PDA until I got an iphone (I tried a few). I don't know how I survived without one! Internet access is very easy, e-mail is simple, love the calendar in it, the camera function is quite good (very helpful for real estate) and it is so simple to e-mail photos that you take - literally a click away. The map function is excellent. Even when I was in England last week, I could punch in a map coordinate (if I connected to wifi) and find my way around. I absolutely adore my iphone! My husband has an AT&T PDA, and he is thinking about getting an iphone. He has quite a few business colleagues who were die hard blackberry users, and have transitioned to the iphone...and have never looked back. The vast majority prefer the iphone.
It has a scratch proof surface, but it does get a bit smudged from all of the touch screen stuff...easy enough to wipe off, though.
